Great rod, great feel and sensitivity with just the right action!
After a full season using this rod I can 100% say this rod is a must have in everyone's arsenal. This rod is perfect for ned rigs, micro jigs, and weight less senkos. The sensitivity allows you to feel every bite no matter how subtle it is yet it still has a back bone to pull the fish out from any cover. You will never find me on the water without this rod!
At first I thought this rod would be too light for pulling larger fish in; however, it did not take long to prove me wrong. My first trip out I landed a 19.25” smallmouth from under a dock. Nearly 4 pound fish and this rod was still able to control the fish on the way out. Picture below features my favorite finesse jigs (basically a skirted ned) to throw. Handled largemouth and smallmouth all year without fail.
I've owned and experienced a lot of different rods in my lifetime. The research and development that went into to these rods are definitely on point.
