We strive to provide the highest level of customer service. That includes prompt shipping with updates as soon as readily available. Our goal is always to have items shipped within a 72hr period from time of purchase.
That being said, understand that like you we are avid kayak anglers ourselves. We're often traveling for weekend tournaments and may be unable to provide tracking during the weekends. Know that your purchase is important and will be processed as quickly as possible on the next business day.
